About the Role

Busy Bees at Tamworth is a beautiful 102-place early learning service, complete with a dedicated dining room, art workshop, and renovated outdoor spaces. We're currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to support our Chef in preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children in our care.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in kitchen hand, food prep in the early childhood industry
  • Understanding of safe food handling and hygiene practices
  • Ability to support the Chef in basic food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning tasks
  • Ability to follow routines and work efficiently
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First AID including CPR certificates

Desirable:

  • Experience in a childcare or school kitchen
  • Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements in young children
  • Friendly, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach
