Overview

Daniel's Donuts is looking for a Store Manager at Eastland with a passion for people, pastries, and positivity. The role involves leading a team, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be the glazed and confused no more – you're the one who keeps everything running smoother than a freshly piped custard filling. The roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts and weekends to get to know the team. We are expecting you to be on the roster with your team for approximately 35 hours per week, with approximately 3 hours for administration tasks.

Using your leadership skills you will lead our Eastland team who are passionate and excited to sell our brand. You'll be the glazed and confused no more – you're the one who keeps everything running smoothly.

More specifically your role will include
  • A strong people person and leader
  • Creating a welcoming, energetic store vibe
  • Lead our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader
  • Split your time between hands-on retail work in store and managerial administration work
  • Drive sales week on week while managing costs
  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs under pressure
  • Administrative duties include rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering
  • Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team
What you'll need

Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.

  • A skilled people leader with experience in motivating your team and addressing issues when they arise
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Exceptional sales management and achievement of store contribution (KPIs, cost control)
  • Not afraid to be hands on
  • Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
