Join our Sales & Products Team as a Product Specialist. You'll be at the forefront of revenue generation, working closely with the sales team to deliver strategic product plans that boost profitability, efficiency, and market impact.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and product success by working closely with sales teams, influencing key customers, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Champion a Safety-First culture in all internal and customer-facing activities.
  • Lead direct selling efforts with a strategic focus on key customers and high-impact projects across diverse industries.
  • Drive product performance by developing tactical plans, supporting pricing strategies, and collaborating with sales to unlock new opportunities.
  • Enable the sales team by identifying product gaps, training on value propositions, and ensuring product alignment with customer needs.
  • Maximise product utilisation across the customer base through targeted campaigns and solution-based selling.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify and develop new product opportunities that meet evolving demands.
  • Support asset lifecycle management and contribute to fleet strategy to ensure optimal product availability and performance.

  • Confidently present solutions to customers both in person and over the phone, tailoring your approach to meet diverse industry needs.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and deliver impactful training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in developing profitable, customer-centric solutions that drive sales growth and long-term value.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset to interpret performance data, uncover trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in Sales & Marketing, supported by hands-on experience in sales, product management, or business development.
