**About the Company**:
Our client is an up-and-coming indigenous contracting company seeking a Site Administrator to hit the ground running, operating across multiple sites as required on a 2:1 Roster, with
**2-3 years' experience in a similar role.**

**Job Requirements | Including, but not limited to**:
(Open to Australian applicants only)
- Administration of site paperwork
- Data entry of daily production reports and labour hours
- Booking travel for site and Head office staff as required
- Assisting with on-boarding process for new starters

**Essential Criteria**:

- BHP & FMG Inducted** (Highly Desirable)**:

- Highly experienced at prioritising tasks
- Proven experience managing a varied workload
- Previous exposure to site-based administration and software **(INX, SAP & WORKFLOW)**:

- High level organisational skills and ability to operate effectively in a high-pressured environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
- Able to pass pre-employment medical & DAS testing
- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
- Positive outlook
