Remit

  • Greeting and farewell to members and guests
  • Monitoring club access
  • Handling questions and complaints
  • Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Giving club tours
  • Selling memberships and data entry
  • Operating POS system and managing accounts
  • Scheduling PE sessions
  • Maintaining the front desk
  • Member welcome calls
  • Daily cleaning and club walk-arounds
  • Housekeeping and restocking
  • Daily procedures and supporting new team members
  • Performing maintenance as assigned

Experience/Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Certificate 3 in Fitness
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • WWC (working with children) certificate or proof of application
  • National Police Check within the last 12 months
