BGIS is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Services Operator to join our team in Adelaide. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service. As a Customer Services Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients and field teams through a range of service requests and queries.

Shift Option:

Day Shift Rotation: 16 weekend shifts and 10 evening shifts per year

Hybrid Working: 3 days in Office and 2 days at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  2. Log and manage service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  3. Communicate with field staff, contractors, and other departments as necessary.
  4. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Accurately document and report any issues or patterns in service requests.

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  3. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  4. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
