Job DescriptionThis permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Wollert, VIC 3750 Dedicated space
Responsibilities- Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant programme, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing the service.
- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
- Provide creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
- You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains enthusiastic.
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
- We're approved for the ECEC Grant: Get an extra 10% with us.
