Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-achieving Sales Executive to join our dynamic Dutton One retail site in Moorabbin. We are looking for a team player with prestige car sales experience who is highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. The successful applicant should have prior experience in used car sales and must demonstrate a professional approach, with the ability to interact positively with both the sales team and our customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must have:

A minimum 2 years' sales experiencePrevious general, second hand or prestige automotive sales experience. An array of product knowledge across the second hand car sector.The drive and hunger to achieve aggressive sales targets via various avenues including canvasing for new clients and expanding existing client vehicle portfolioA proven strong sales track record, meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targetsAn ability to handle customer concerns whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to business policiesA customer focused attitude, coupled with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships;Excellent communication skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsThe ability to be self-motivated and target drivenA commitment to total customer satisfactionImpeccable and professional presentation in order to represent the brandA current valid driver's license
