Reporting & Insights Lead - Operational Resilience role at MUFG Pension & Market Services. Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of reporting frameworks and dashboards that support CPS 230 and operational resilience strategies
- Provide technical leadership in data analytics, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate and aligned with regulatory and business needs
- Champion data governance and reporting best practices across the function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
- Drive automation and efficiency using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Mentor reporting analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance
- Represent Operational Resilience in data and reporting forums, ensuring alignment across the three lines of defence
- Strong experience in reporting, analytics, or performance insights within a risk, resilience, or operational context
- Understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management frameworks
- Proven ability to design and deliver dashboards that support strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client outcomes
