Pay: $32.43 - $36.53 p/h (Depending on qualification & experience) + Super

We're searching for a compassionate and creative Inclusion Support Educator who will walk alongside children with diverse needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported every single day.

• Champion inclusion by nurturing children's strengths and celebrating individuality
• Work in a full-time capacity between 6am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
• Collaborate with families, educators, and support networks to create meaningful learning opportunities
• Shape learning through play-based experiences that spark curiosity, independence, and confidence
• Be part of a 75-place, Meeting-rated centre where belonging and growth are at the heart of everything we do
• Work alongside an experienced Centre Director with 20+ years in early childhood leadership, inspiring growth in both children and educators

You'll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
