The Role

Gold Fields are seeking skilled

Underground Heavy Diesel Mechanics

to carry out planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance across our diverse fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency across our fleet.

Located at Granny Smith Mine, 21 km south of Laverton, Western Australia, this position operates on a

8 days on, 6 days off and 7 nights on, 7 days off roster

with FIFO available from Perth.

Role Requirements

Australian recognised Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification

Previous experience in mechanical maintenance in an underground or surface environment

Knowledge of mining technologies and underground equipment such as Atlas Copco/ Epiroc, CAT and Sandvik

Automotive Air Conditioning License Preferred But Not Essential

Valid C Class Manual driver's license

Previous SAP & AMT experience is desirable
