Join RIC Solutions, a nationally recognised, expert consulting firm specialising in water, mould, fire, and environmental damage assessments across residential and commercial buildings.

We're seeking a professional with real-world experience in restoration, insurance building, HVAC hygiene, or indoor air quality, someone who's ready to move beyond the tools and into a high-trust consulting role with training, autonomy, and national impact.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal if you've worked as a:

Senior Restoration Technician / Project Manager (IICRC-certified or equivalent)

Insurance Building Supervisor / Assessor

Make Safe Supervisor

Or if you're from a building consulting background and ready to grow

We're seeking individuals who are:

What You'll Be Doing - primary responsibilities will include:

Investigating and assessing buildings affected by damage events (e.g., water, fire)

Providing expert advice on decontamination, restoration, and remediation

Conducting Indoor Air Quality Assessments and related consulting

Experience & Qualifications

Industry experience in any of the following fields is highly beneficial:

Occupational Hygiene

Restoration & Remediation

Insurance Building Assessments

What You'll Need

5+ years' experience in damage assessment, restoration, or insurance building
Report writing and verbal communication skills
Confidence managing site inspections and engaging with clients
Construction White Card, Police Check, Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Valid Australian driver's licence

Bonus Points For

HVAC hygiene or IAQ expertise

Science education

ACAC - CSMI, CMI, CMC

Industry Training

If you don't already hold all the necessary qualifications, we will support you in obtaining the required training and certifications.
