We have a fantastic opportunity for an HSE Coordinator to join our team based at Seven Hills. This role will support the WHS function across the business, helping to embed a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
• Assisting with workplace inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with SWMS and safety requirements
• Maintaining WHS documentation, records, and ISO compliance
• Coordinating WHS training and inductions for employees and contractors
• Providing day-to-day support and advice to operational teams
• Promoting safety awareness and continuous improvement across the business

What we're looking for:

• Minimum Cert IV in WHS (or working towards)
• 1–3 years' experience in WHS, ideally in construction, telco, or engineering environments
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for safety, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Previous exposure to ISO management systems and incident investigation methods (desirable)
