What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage the region to deliver on company objectives, culture, and strategy
  • Maintain oversight of projects and ensure timely completion of works maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service
  • Manage stakeholders effectively ensuring timely communication
  • Ensure KPI's are met and aligned with customer expectations
  • Ensure accuracy across all data management systems, information handling and processes
  • Work with all regions to support the collective outcome for the National Business

What do you need?

  • Extensive trade, leadership and insurance repair experience or be in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid leadership credentials with a proven track record of leading teams
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of the Insurance repair and construction industry
  • A focus on safety and compliance with an eye for continuous improvement
