With an established function room overlooking South Bank beach, and event spaces throughout the venue, this multi-faceted business is looking for a leader to take it to new heights. DJs and live music three days a week with rotating craft beers & cocktails watching the sun set over the city makes South Bank Beer Garden a unique venue to work in. We're on the lookout for a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager who's passionate about hospitality and thrives in the energy of a high-volume venue. This is your chance to be part of a leadership team that puts guest experience front and centre, and to grow your career within a fast-expanding hospitality group.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading from the floor — driving service, supporting your team, and creating a great vibe for guests
  • Assisting with daily operations across bar, restaurant, and events
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch hospitality
  • Helping deliver live entertainment, sport, and large-scale weekend sessions
  • Supporting the Venue Manager with rostering, stock, compliance, and reporting
