Supporting over 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria, we believe disability support should promote independence and dignity.

To do a great job, you'll need:
  • Good judgment, common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and commitment to our values
  • Experience supporting people with physical disabilities, including manual handling
  • Experience with personal care and supporting clients with behaviors of concern
  • Patience and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives
  • Commitment to a team approach, including guidance from professionals, such as supporting clients in physiotherapy programs
  • A full driver's license and willingness to drive clients' vehicles
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including sleepovers, day support, community access, and evening in-home support with home duties; commitment to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)
  • Support clients based in Altona, Preston, Greenvale, Werribee, and Wyndham Vale
