About This Role
As a senior plaintiff lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases across WorkCover, TAC, and public liability. Your key objectives will include setting strategy, advising clients, briefing counsel, and running matters through conferences, mediations, and directions hearings.
You will work closely with a dedicated team that prioritizes practical outcomes and genuine client care. The team is collaborative, approachable, and drives an excellent culture.
This role offers opportunities for professional growth, including the chance to mentor junior lawyers and progress towards a formal leadership position with clear guidance and support.
- At least 5 years of experience in plaintiff law;
- Previous experience handling TAC, WorkCover or other PI files;
- Proven track record of managing own files and mentoring juniors.
