12- Month Fixed Term Change Manager Job on a New Service Model Program with Non-Profit

Your new company

Join this non-profit organisation as a Change Manager and play a key role in shaping meaningful, people-centred change across a diverse and purpose-driven organisation. You'll work within a complex service environment, supporting a particular initiative looking at designing and implementing a new service model for their senior space.

Your new role

In this role, you'll co-design and implement change strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships, and guide teams through transitions with empathy and clarity. You'll bring a deep understanding of change methodologies, human-centred design, and the ability to influence and support leaders at all levels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that supports seniors, carers, and community-based teams.

What you'll need to succeed

We're seeking a seasoned Change Manager with:

  • 5+ years of experience leading change initiatives across complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or Human-Centred Design.
  • A people-centred mindset, with a deep understanding of how individuals and teams navigate change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with a strategic approach to planning and problem-solving.
  • Experience working across all levels of an organisation, with a collaborative and inclusive style.
  • A passion for social impact, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will get a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract with an annualised salary and non-profit salary packaging. You will need to work in a number of office locations, including Sydney CBD, Parramatta and Chatswood.
