Overview

Urgent requirement for a Logistics Analyst — Contract — Sydney.

Responsibilities
  • IDOC Error Message Management (Warehouse)
    Monitor and resolve IDOC error messages daily to ensure efficient warehouse operations, collaborating with relevant teams to address issues as they arise.
  • Invoice Validation (Warehouse)
    Conduct thorough monthly validations of warehouse invoices for accuracy and compliance with company standards, addressing discrepancies with 3PL.
  • Invoice Validations for Transport Providers
    Perform weekly validations of invoices from six transport providers, ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Invoice Processing (Transport)
    Manage the weekly processing of transport invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the financial system while maintaining organized records.
  • POD Uploads (Transport)
    Oversee the weekly upload of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support accurate record-keeping and operational integrity.
  • Administrative Support for Write-offs/Donations
    Prepare and submit monthly approval requests for write-offs and donations, maintaining thorough records for reporting and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
