Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The National Sales Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales support team, managing national accounts, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, supervising team members, analyzing sales data, resolving client issues, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. The role also involves training staff and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, account management, and customer service
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, sales strategy development, and process optimization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the construction or event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
