We are seeking a motivated, engaging Business Advisor to join our team. You will work in the new Self-Employment Assistance program, which supports individuals to develop the skills and knowledge needed to run their own viable small business.

This role is based at our Upper Mount Gravatt office, with travel to Beenleigh, Chermside, Logan Central, Mitchelton, and Nundah required. It is a full-time position with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).

To be successful, you will need:

  • A recent clear National Police Check and current Blue Card
  • A current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel between ETC sites
  • A strong understanding of small business operations
  • The ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate our clients
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently in a dynamic and flexible environment with a focus on high-quality customer service
