We are seeking a motivated, engaging Business Advisor to join our team. You will work on the Self-Employment Assistance program, which supports individuals in developing the skills and knowledge needed to run their own viable small business.

The role is based at our Maroochydore office, with travel to Noosa Ville, Caloundra, and Nambour required. It is a full-time position with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).

To be successful, you will need:

  • A recent clear National Police Check and current Blue Card
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel between ETC sites
  • A strong understanding of small business operations
  • The ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate our customers
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and flexible environment with a focus on high-level customer service
