We are a well-established accounting practice based in Perth with a diverse range of clients and a strong reputation for quality, service, and professionalism. We're seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our practice and support our growing team.
The Role:
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing core administrative functions and ensuring workflow runs smoothly across the practice. You'll be hands-on, organised, and confident working in a dynamic professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee daily office operations and support the Partners and accounting team
·Manage ASIC corporate compliance using NowInfinity
·Maintain and manage client databases and records using MYOB AE
·Coordinate lodgements with the ATO and manage correspondence
·Ensure client documents are finalised and distributed (electronic & hard copy)
·Liaise with clients regarding documentation, follow-ups, and general enquiries
·Support the billing process and assist with debtor control
·Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining practice compliance
·Continually improve office procedures and workflow efficiency
·Coordinate staff events and support internal team initiatives
What You'll Bring:
·Prior experience in an office manager or senior admin role within an accounting or professional services firm
·Proficiency in NowInfinity (or similar ASIC portal) and MYOB AE
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email manner
·Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
·A proactive and can-do attitude
