An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Accounts Officer to join a well-established organisation in the heart of the CBD. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will support the finance function with a range of accounts and administrative duties. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to grow their skills.

The Role

  • Processing and reconciling financial transactions across various accounts
  • Assisting with invoice preparation, allocations and follow-ups
  • Supporting credit card and expense management processes
  • Coordinating purchase orders and handling related queries
  • Uploading documentation to internal and external systems
  • Assisting with general finance administration and ad hoc support across the team
  • Providing backup support to other administrative functions when required

Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in an accounts, AR or finance support role
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Team player with a willingness to support others when needed
