Store Person/ Parts Interpreter

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Store Person/ Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at Vassallo Constructions mechanical workshop in Shoal Point, Queensland. This full-time role is integral in our maintenance team as well as our interface with suppliers and ideally suited to a person looking to join a business that is experiencing significant growth.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods.
- Picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
- Completion of associated paperwork.
- Sourcing and ordering parts and supplies/consumables.
- Manage stock levels of critical spares.
- Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods.
- Perform routine order collections.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Previous warehouse experience within a similar role.
- Able to work autonomously within a team environment.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.
- An energetic individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize your workloads.
- Previous experience in Parts Interpretation and/or Parts Sales is highly desirable.
- Honest and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling/heavy lifting.

Remuneration based on experience
38-hour week - Monday - Friday, overtime as required
