Base pay range

A$90,851.00/yr

Role and responsibilities
  • Safely operate and maintain a range of plant equipment, which may include graders, loaders, and skid steers, ensuring all gear (including PPE) is used correctly in line with manufacturer instructions and internal safety procedures.
  • Deliver maintenance services across the town, including road maintenance, drainage, and other essential infrastructure projects.
  • Perform a blend of plant operation and labouring tasks, contributing to a dynamic local team that values variety in daily work.
  • Follow organisational policies and safety procedures at all times.
Work requirements / Qualifications
  • Current HR/MC class driver's licence
  • Experience operating plant equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and excavators
  • White Card
  • National Police Clearance
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol assessment (as required)
