The role:
Our Retail Management team isrenowned for providing exceptional management services to a leading nationalretail landlord with centers across Australia. In this role, you will oversee aportfolio of centers based in Launceston.
You will be responsible forestablishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenantretailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring asafe and inviting destination for customers. We are looking for someone withtheir Full Real Estate license for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to the client inadministering the terms of all leases.
- Assist the client to maintain anup-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.
- Regular Inspection of the Centre/sto ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination ofany works (as required).
- Establishing and maintainingliaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure theirsatisfaction.
- Provide recommendations to theFacilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure
- Attend regular client managementmeetings and conference calls.
- Provide a weekly summary report onTenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation

- A minimum of 2 years previousexperience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/CentreManagement.
- Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor ofBusiness (Property) preferred.
- Current Drivers Licence(Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Centre operations.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Customer centric approach.
- Strong communicator (verbal andwritten).
- Proactive and flexible.
