We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior CRM Specialist to join our growing CRM Lifecycle team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in executing and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement across our email and SMS channels.

What you will do- Execute and optimise email and SMS campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and reactivation.
- Create clear and actionable design briefs for the creative team to ensure effective execution of campaign assets.
- Manage and optimise copy for CRM campaigns (email and SMS) with a focus on engagement, personalisation and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Build and iterate on automated lifecycle journeys, onboarding flows, newsletters, and triggered comms to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Leverage customer data and behavioural insights to create segmented, personalised campaigns that resonate.
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance across subject lines, creative, copy, and cadence.
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Work with cross-functional teams including design, data, product, and content to ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and brand tone.
- Stay up to date with CRM best practices, deliverability standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader OKR business goals.
- Proven experience in Marketing Automation / CRM and Lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.
- Proficiency in email service platforms (eg. , Braze, Active Campaign).
- Proven ability to develop and scale lifecycle programs that drive measurable growth and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience with HTML and responsive email design.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and key performance metrics.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (eg. Domo, Tableau).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for experimentation, personalisation, and building meaningful user experiences.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
