We're looking for hunters – ambitious, energetic salespeople who thrive on building new business, chasing down opportunities, and winning.
What you will enjoy doing
- You will actively drive growth – owning the sales cycle, and closing deals
- Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors
- Your responsibility includes working closely with your branch teams and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Identifying new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
- You will be providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of Metal Fabrication processes and applications
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment

- You're a true salesperson – self-motivated, relentless, and results-driven
- You've proven your ability to grow business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
- Understand the welding or gas industry (or have the aptitude to learn fast)
- You're commercially savvy – you plan, problem-solve, and execute with confidence
- You're a strong communicator and natural relationship builder – people trust you
- Bring energy, ownership, and urgency to everything you do
