We're expanding This is your opportunity to join Air Roofing Co, WA's largest and fastest-growing roofing company.
We're looking for a motivated Area Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects across a dedicated Perth territory. With our marketing and lead generation engine behind you, you'll manage projects from initial enquiry through to job completion — and be rewarded for your results.

What you'll be doingManage client enquiries and site inspections
Scope roofing and building works
Prepare quotes and proposals
Coordinate contractors and trades
Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within budget and to standard
Build strong relationships with clients and your contractor network
What you need to succeedABN & Public Liability Insurance
White Card & Working at Heights Certification
WA Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
Trade base (access to contractors)
Right to work in Australia
Strong people skills & a sales mindset
Background in roofing, carpentry, construction, solar or similar (preferred, not essential)
