The Opportunity: We're looking for an inspiring Area Manager to lead our Western Australia services.
This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.
Supported by our State Operations Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover Fixed Term Contract What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations across Western Australia, ensuring seamless service delivery Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and satisfaction Support the development and review of care plans and documentation Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care — ideally within NDISQualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams Knowledge of current trends and changes in the health and disability sectors Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach Additional Requirements: Current National Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Evidence of valid work rights in Australia Australian Drivers licence What's in it for you: Monthly rostered day off for real work-life-balance Opportunity to work for the nation's largest disability service provider, with a rapidly growing and progressive vision Friendly team environment with a great community care spirit Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families How to apply To apply select the 'apply' button below and you will be redirected to our website to commence your application.
