Responsibilities
  • Lead a technical team through the full Capability Life Cycle, applying Agile methodologies and rigorous engineering practices.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to design, develop, and integrate complex ICT systems, ensuring compliance with standards and frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of the Capability Life Cycle
  • Strong background in Systems Engineering and Requirements Engineering
  • Experience in Technical Governance and Solution Architecture
  • Knowledge of Agile development and Test & Evaluation
  • Expertise in Technical Regulatory Frameworks
  • Proven experience in Early Capability Development (First Pass/Second Pass)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Software Engineering experience
  • Broad IT knowledge across infrastructure and applications
  • Familiarity with ISM, ITIL, and ITSM frameworks
  • Security Clearance: Must hold a current NV2 clearance
