Job Overview:

Leidos is seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and estimation of solutions for customer requests for quotes and proactive proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and estimate technical solutions for customer RFQs and proactive proposals, including effort, skills, time, and materials.
  • Lead requirements gathering, validation, and solution/operational design within high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Provide input to project and ongoing delivery estimates across hybrid environments, considering skills, timelines, and resourcing needs.
  • Support post-proposal activities such as clarifications and negotiations with both customers and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Civil Digital Modernisation teams to align solutions with customer strategies and Leidos business objectives.
