With over 130 CCG member stores, we are a leading national supplier of a vast range of medical and in-home aids to assist people living with disability, mobility impairments and the aged. CCG manages national contracts for the supply to state and federal government health services schemes, hospitals, aged and residential care facilities.

We are seeking a Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Townsville. Our company is dedicated to providing high quality personalised service and building a solid base of satisfied customers.

As the Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service with a customer-centred approach. You will be required to actively build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to build sales and growth in your region.

The successful applicant will require a National Police Check, NDIS screening check, have an unrestricted Drivers Licence and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, occupational therapists, staff at health care facilities, hospitals and nursing facilities to deliver excellence in the supply of products and services
  2. Conduct workshops to demonstrate the benefit of available products to customers either in the retail showroom, home, at health care facilities or expos
  3. Provide accurate quotations for accessibility solutions for clients living with a disability and the aged
  4. Deliver, assemble, install and undertake demonstrations of products in line with manufacturing and OH&S guidelines
  5. Actively work with the Manager to proactively plan marketing and sales goals and related activities to grow sales in your region
  6. Resolves customer complaints and recommend improvements in current services
  7. Assist with processing service orders
  8. Assist the admin team to ensure timely communication.

Our ideal candidate will have

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts
  2. Unrestricted drivers licence
  3. Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
  4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  5. Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
