About the Role

We're seeking aclient-centred Dietitianto join our growing team in a Fixed Term, Part-Time contract until April 2026 (with possibility of extension.) This is a Work From Home role, so you can work flexibility from anywhere in Australia. You'll deliver high-quality dietetic care to clients in residential aged care and community settings, supporting a range of clinical needs including diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, renal health, malnutrition, and PEG feeds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and provide comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients in Residential Aged Care
  • Deliver consultations via telehealth
  • Develop personalised nutrition/ diet plans
  • Collaborate with facility staff, families, and other health professionals
  • Weight management and unplanned weight loss
  • Monitoring, reporting, reviewing, compliance audits and following up with catering team
  • Any additional dietetic related requested by facility
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and Amplar Health policies

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Dietetics
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia
  • Experience in aged care (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
