This is a hands on, admin focused role supporting both HR and safety. You'll be the first point of contact for all people related queries and documentation, working closely with senior leadership and frontline supervisors to help things run smoothly. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the detail, loves compliance, and takes pride in keeping systems organised and people supported.

What you will be doing

• Keeping registers and internal systems up to date across HR and WHS compliance

• Responding to people queries with discretion and professionalism

• Assisting with incident documentation and WHS reporting

• Supporting policy updates and maintaining strong records for audit readiness

• Working side by side with a trusted and capable team

What we are looking for

• Certificate IV or higher in Human Resources, Work Health and Safety or a related area

• Previous experience in a coordination or high volume admin role in HR and/or WHS

• Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act, WHS Act (Tasmania), and relevant award conditions

• Great attention to detail, strong document management skills and sound judgement

• Someone who enjoys compliance and being the reliable go to person

• Comfortable working in a zero tolerance workplace for alcohol and drugs

• Able to meet the requirements of a National Police Clearance

Why this role is worth considering

• Work directly with experienced operational and senior leaders

• Gain exposure to both HR and WHS in a unique regulated industry

• Salary of $70,000 plus superannuation

• Onsite parking and a supportive, down to earth workplace

• Real development opportunity without the pressure of management responsibilities
