Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Banking and Finance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking and finance principles, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance function is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models that underpin margin performance.
  • Drive business growth through analysis of product pricing, portfolio mix, rate changes and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk and business units to ensure alignment of financial forecasts with market rates, hedging strategies and interest rate risk positions.
  • Implement technical updates to financial models and methodologies to reflect changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Technology teams to ensure stability and efficiency of financial systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Business, Commerce, Risk Management, Information Technology or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics or Actuarial Science.
  • Knowledge of bank balance sheets, banking book systems, financial products and operations.
  • Experience with SQL Server for data analysis, reporting and process automation is desirable.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
