This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Broker/File Driver located in Knoxfield, VIC. The Mortgage Broker/File Driver will be responsible for interviewing clients, making lender recommendations, processing mortgage loans and follow through to settlement. Day-to-day tasks include meeting face to face and via telephone with clients, assessing financial situations, suggesting mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the role involves liaising with lenders and managing the end-to-end mortgage application process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Cert IV and preferably diploma qualified in Mortgage Broking
  • Experience with all types of Mortgage lending including the private lending sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the financial regulations and compliance governing our industry
