Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join MAYE, a fast-growing women's lifestyle brand. This role is perfect for a creative who thrives on making scroll-stopping content — especially short-form video — and who loves bringing a brand to life on social.

About the Role

This role is for a creative storyteller who lives and breathes content — someone who can take an idea and bring it to life across platforms. You'll be the driving force behind MAYE's content output, from concept to creation, helping shape how the brand connects with its audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Video Editing (60%)
    • Film and edit Reels, TikToks, BTS, and styling content.
    • Create assets in Canva/Adobe for social and EDM.
    • Capture live content at photoshoots and events.
  • Social Media Management (20%)
    • Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
    • Monitor analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Influencer & Partnerships (20%)
    • Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
    • Coordinate content from brand ambassadors
About You
  • Must have proven short-form video editing skills (portfolio required).
  • Confident filming and editing content solo (not just directing).
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working in a fast-moving team.
  • Nice to have: basic graphic design, EDM experience, or influencer management.
