The Opportunity:
  • Support the Business Director & General Manager
  • As the successful Marketing Senior Account Manager, you will manage and mentor a team of hard-working marketers to roll out national marketing, shopper, POS & activations campaigns within the beverage, retail and lifestyle industries
  • Key client contact on various national client (liquor, retail & confectionary) projects
  • Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables; ensures deliverables are client-ready
  • Oversee and develop all client financial billings/ monthly projections for review with the GM
  • You're up-to-speed with agency processes, shopper and experiential marketing protocols
  • Plus, managing and forecasting budgets
  • Making informed decisions and meeting tight client deadlines
  • Run key client meetings and key presentations.
You:
  • Currently living in Sydney or Melbourne
  • 5+ years of agency and/or client-side experience in advertising, marketing, sales promotion or shopper marketing experience is ideal
  • Previous experience using multi-touchpoint communication programs is ideal
  • Knowledge and/or passion for shopper marketing & promotions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, highly creative agency
  • Confident, articulate and calm under pressure
  • Works well independently & also, as part of a team
  • Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations
  • Are ready for a new career challenge
