We're on the lookout for a Market Growth Manager who is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and keen to make an impact. Working closely with the senior leadership team of our new Helios business, this role is an opportunity to start from a clean slate and build a business looking at all areas of growth including market positioning, new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.

Reporting to the head of Business Development and working closely with our Head of Marketing & Communications, you will create effective outreach campaigns and collaborate with industry partners to develop initiatives that open doors to new prospects and solidify Helios as a market leader in information security and privacy. You will facilitate lead generation and support our business development efforts through pitches, proposals, and strategic client engagement.

Your role:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications to design and execute initiatives that position Helios as the go-to leader in information security and privacy.
  • Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and partners, driving high-visibility campaigns through events, webinars, conferences, and industry reports.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, supporting business development activities such as pitches, proposals, and client engagement strategies.
  • Coach senior leadership on market positioning, business development strategies, and client engagement.
  • Balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered to a high standard.
  • Measure the effectiveness of initiatives by tracking metrics and ROI and providing forward-looking recommendations to refine future campaigns.

What you bring:

  • 7+ years' experience in a market growth, business development or sales enablement role, ideally with a focus on the information security, privacy or cyber sectors.
  • Experience in managing pursuits and client pipelines, to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in providing coaching and strategic guidance to senior professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way (including for client pitches and capability statements).
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills to influence and support cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to drive growth.
