We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us in a full-time, permanent role managing a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims. Based in Gulmerrogin (Darwin), this role offers the best of both worlds: a centrally located city office and the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service experience—you know how to build trust and support people through challenging times
  • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Resilience, empathy, and the ability to support injured workers through their recovery and return to work process
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • You might come from a legal, medical, or nursing background, looking for a chance to "hang up the tools" while still making a meaningful impact
What You'll Be Doing

As a key team member, you'll be responsible for supporting injured workers throughout their recovery and safe return to work. You'll manage a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims and work closely with a variety of stakeholders—including employers, brokers, medical professionals, legal providers, and the injured workers themselves.
