As part of our Shared Services group—comprising Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal, and Facilities—we support the business in achieving its goals through strong technical capabilities. We deliver services through our skilled people, methodologies, and systems.

An opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing, customer-focused individual to join our friendly Corporate Services team as a Receptionist in our Perth office.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Manage reception duties at the Hatch Perth office, based at the reception desk.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and new starters, ensuring they complete visitor inductions and have appropriate access to offices and guest Wi-Fi.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier functions as required.
  • Maintain supplies in the kitchen, stationery, and bathrooms, including ordering and processing invoices for the Perth office.
  • Manage the provision of PPE, polo shirts, and corporate uniforms, including invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation for visitors.
  • Coordinate internal events and liaise with external contractors for catering and room setup.
  • Assist with coordinating reactive building maintenance with tradespeople.
  • Support the coordination of the Flu Vaccination program for the Perth office.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, managers, and staff to ensure high-quality administrative services.

You bring to the role:

You should have demonstrated computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A passion for helping people, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate well to others are essential. Additionally, you should value presentation, possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
