Overview

These are pivotal roles at a leading, global insurance broker seeking experienced insurance professionals to manage a portfolio of large and global corporate clients (including ASX200), delivering tailored risk solutions and driving long-term value. You will build trusted relationships, manage client needs, lead renewal strategies, and ensure seamless service delivery across complex insurance programs. You will work closely with internal experts and external partners to shape client outcomes and contribute to broader business growth. You may also mentor junior team members and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of prestigious corporate and multinational clients with full accountability for service delivery, renewals, and growth initiatives.
  • Deliver bespoke insurance solutions and proactive risk advice, leveraging deep technical expertise and strong market relationships.
  • Drive account profitability through retention strategies, new business development, and long-term pipeline building.
  • Mentor Account Executives and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
  • Lead end-to-end program management, building holistic risk programs and coordinating with leading underwriting partners to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key impact and requirements
  • Note: Candidates MUST have experience in the general insurance broking sector, at mid-market level and above, to be considered.
