Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain all key project artefacts, including business cases, project schedules, and governance documentation.
- Manage project reporting and communications to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Lead project development activities, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are fully and consistently informed of progress.
- Coordinate resources across the organisation, fostering collaboration to deliver on project objectives.
- Establish and lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring all milestones, performance measures, and deliverables are achieved.
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management.
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.
- Experience in People & Culture (P&C), Workforce Management, or Security is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement skills with a commitment to achieving superior outcomes.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and secure agreement across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience directing and managing multidisciplinary project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
