Full Time Receptionist – Carrum Downs

About the Role:

We're seeking a receptionist to join our front of house team and welcome guests at our front desk. You'll receive comprehensive training within our established systems, making this an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally with dedicated support every step of the way.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly
  • Manage incoming and outgoing email and mail items
  • Processing new listing and sold files
  • Sales Administration support with client communication, from sold files through to post-settlement
  • Rentals Administration support, including leasing and property management department
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and communication
  • Database entry
  • Weekly orders for the office, stationary/marketing/general resources
  • Attending sales/rental meetings
  • General cleaning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Immaculate presentation and appearance
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional computer and Microsoft Office/Excel skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to work both diligently and independently
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • A desire to learn and grow in the Real Estate industry
  • Current Driver's License
