Working as an integral member of our Service Operations Centre, the person we are seeking will ensure the efficient and authorized movement of traffic onto/off the Gepps Cross site, as well as be familiar with goods inward and dispatch processes. The successful candidate will have a high level of determination, work well in a dynamic team, and have the ability to follow specific instructions precisely.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for site access/egress of all vehicles in accordance with company policy.
  2. Receiving goods inward.
  3. Packing and dispatch of stock.
  4. Loading/unloading parts and machine components.
  5. Receipt/dispatch administration.
  6. Working to ensure departmental compliance with all safety and contamination control guidelines.

Skills and experience :

  1. Strong attention to detail.
  2. Ability to work well in a team or independently.
  3. Current driver's and forklift licences essential.
  4. Basic computer skills.
  5. Previous experience in receipt/dispatch role.
