We are looking for a hands-on, experienced UX designer who is passionate about designing seamless experiences that solve real user problems. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex workflows into elegant, easy-to-use designs across our customer portals, merchant onboarding, and payment flows.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design process — from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful and scalable user journeys.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret feedback to guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure design intent is carried through to build.
  • Own the design system and help build consistent UI patterns across web and mobile.
  • Create artefacts like user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Champion a design thinking approach and user-first mindset across the company.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or product-led businesses.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), usability tools, and modern design systems.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills — able to confidently present ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
  • (Bonus) Experience working in Agile teams and/or fintech environments.
