Roster: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Options: Local or FIFO
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: Competitive rates + overtime + site allowance

McCosker Contracting is seeking skilled and safety-focused Plant Operators for an exciting project in Bowen Basin. Whether you’re local or looking for a FIFO opportunity, this role offers a balanced lifestyle, excellent pay, and the chance to work with a respected leader in civil construction.

We’re Hiring Operators With Experience In:

- Excavators

- Graders

- Loaders

- Articulated Dump Trucks

- Bulk Water Trucks

- Dozers

- Rollers

- Labourers

What You’ll Need:

- Relevant RII qualifications

- Manual Driver Licence

- Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)

- Proven experience in operating machinery

- Coal Board Medical (preferred but not essential)

- Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug & alcohol screening, and inductions
