Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in Perth who is ready to make an impact If you are driven by results and passionate about building strong client partnerships, we want you on our team.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies and managing territories to achieve double-digit growth from new and existing clients within the Industrial Asset community. Your success will depend on maximizing Hexagon ALI solutions and services to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, customer service, and account management skills. You should be highly organized, adept at problem-solving, and have a proven ability to close deals and drive results. A proactive approach is essential for fostering strong relationships in a complex sales environment while delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities- Understand your customers' business challenges to gain insights into their digital initiatives and goals.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT, and end users.
- Apply a customer-centric approach to align Hexagon solutions with client needs and support their digital transformation.
- Drive revenue growth and positive outcomes through enterprise portfolio selling and territory management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasts following business protocols.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure schedules and budgets meet contractual obligations.
- Qualify new opportunities and cultivate future projects to build a sales pipeline.
- Support user adoption through a strong work ethic.
- Proven solution sales ability with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in product and industry knowledge, especially related to technical solutions in the process industry.
- Ability to translate client needs into comprehensive solutions, with strong business, accounting, and reporting skills.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- 5-8 years of enterprise software sales or consulting experience, preferably with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Knowledge of process manufacturing industries such as refining, chemicals, mining, or power.
- Experience working with operations and maintenance departments is preferred.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Follow Hexagon's sales process, including opportunity assessment, call plans, prospecting, and whiteboarding.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity details in Salesforce and produce quotations.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales plans.
- Identify and engage new customer stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and revenue streams.
- Maintain high profit margins for products and services.
- Develop a sales pipeline to meet quotas with expected growth.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to develop accounts.
